Christopher Cozier is a prominent contemporary artist, curator, and writer, widely recognised for his influential role in Caribbean art. Born in 1959 in Port of Spain, Trinidad, his work addresses postcolonial identity, history, and the social landscape of the Caribbean.
His practice spans drawing, printmaking, video and installation art. He has been featured at the Venice Biennale and the Havana Biennial, and is co-founder of Alice Yard in Port of Spain.
