Museum Grade Glass
Museum Grade glass provides provides the highest level of both UV protection and clear uninterrupted viewing experience. It reveals true colours and textures of your art work. Its anti-reflective coating allows you to view the actual content of art work by reducing unwanted reflections to less than 1%. It also has an amazing 92 – 99% UV protection. Suitable for higher value works where un-inhibited viewing as well as protection from fading and colour loss are both required. Many pieces glazed with this glass looks as if there is no glass at all!
Technical properties include:
- UV filtration – Approximately 92-99%
- Light Reflection – Less than 1.5%
- Sheet thickness 2 – 3mm (Depending on the size of the artwork)
