My Postman

Description

Boscoe Holder ‘s depictions of men, particularly, male nudes were rarely exhibited during his lifetime. He often had acquaintances or members of his inner circle pose for his paintings and drawing studies. Greater awareness of his more private archive of male studies only emerged after his passing in 2007.

My Postman was featured in the Victoria Miro Gallery showcase in 2024.
